I was shopping at the local drugstore and found a great alternative to the Pearl-Ex pigments ! In the make-up section they carry a product line called " Jesse's Girl" which has fine powder that glitters for your eye's... they call it " eye dust" it is just like the Pearl-Ex products and comes in all sorts of colors... and for only a fraction of the cost of Pearl-Ex... like $ 2.75 !! I tried it and loved it !!!
